CCPG: Enterprise Brand Construction and Management, National Marketing Strategy
KMG have studied CCPG for over 4 months to help them build its customized brand management system. On the basis of brand strategy, we designed the marketing strategy cooperatively which helped the boost of sales technique. With the help of KMG, CCPG has become the leader in its field.
KMG had helped CCPG (Shenzhen) with the making of "enterprise brand construction management and national marketing strategy" plan. CCPG is China's biggest real estate integrated service corporation with rapidly expanding business. The former brand system and marketing system can not fulfill the current business requirements. In the three-year cooperation, we fully updated and elevated CCPG's brand positioning, brand structure and brand management and renewed the national marketing strategy to ensure the successful implementation of CCPG's "1+X development strategy".
Shenzhen Science Park Property: Business Mode and Corporate Development Strategy
In 2013, KMG helped Shenzhen Science Park design the business optimization mode to make its source and business features stand out and substantiate its new elevation path. We confirmed the "1+1 business strategy" that has technology enterprise service as its core and technology resource management as its motivation.
The cooperation starts from the strategic design to help with the business mode planning of future 3 to 5 years. Based on this strategic plan,we provided suggestions for marketing management system and helped Science Park to customize its sales model design.
Dragon Pass Card: Business mode and Development Strategy
In 2011, KMG assisted Xinguitong (Guangzhou) with its business model optimization and development strategy plan of the "Dragon Pass" card. The implementation of this plan has helped Xinguitong enterprise to boost its business performance by 50%.
"Dragon Pass" card is the number one brand in airport VIP services , covering the operation of airport VIP lounge, car rental and other services. KMG helped Xinguitong with the planning of design, integration and future business model. We also conducted the training for sales team and the new design of company's database. After the implementation of the strategy, Xinguitong's business performance has boosted by 50% and KMG has been hired as Xinguitong's long-term consulting partner.
