Zhengzhou Jincheng Time Square Integrated Business Industry Plan
Core Summary:

Offered the scheme of building the knowledge, culture, innovation, creation in one entertainment street and designed the industry combination, culture experience and commercial line.

Project Introduction:

Zhengzhou Jincheng time square is urban complex located in Zhengzhou new zone. This project takes up about 270 mu with whole construction area of 1.35 million㎡. Jincheng Company hired KMG to instruct the early stage planning for the general project positioning, core value, target audience, product structure, format ratio.

KMG used our own urban industry economy development mode and business value system and confirmed this project should be built as the entertainment street that contains knowledge, culture, innovation, creation in one.

We suggested that the key point of project is its self-economy restoration ability, forming the economic motivation consists of creative culture, creative business.We designed their industry combination, extensive organization, mutual relation system and provided plans for urban product and culture experience, business line, customer experience, industry combination and ratio.

Lintong The Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Business/Entertainment Plaza

Under the project's past failure experience, KMG offered the planning and designing of the general positioning, business condition and brand marketing that were eventually highly endorsed by clientele and investor commission.

Project Introduction:

This project is placed as the significant project in 2004 as the large scale reconstruction program. Our Client went to the US to hire KMG to design the product content, business planning and brand marketing scheme that were highly endorsed by clientele and investor commission. This project is officially operated in October, 2006.

Shenzhen Renmin South Road Revival: Old Commercial District Re-positioning General Plan

We settled the Renmin South Road's position as "Urban digital entertainment zone" and designed detailed product combination and integrated marketing plan towards international cooperation partners to revive the prosperity of this place.

Project Introduction:

Renmin Southern district is one of the earliest developed commercial zones in Shenzhen. It was the most prosper area in Shenzhen and has the nation wide famous International Trade Centre Building in its area. With the development of Shenzhen economy and the rise of other areas, the retail function of Renmin Southern district has been weakened gradually. As a result, its commercial center role has been taken.

Based on KMG's urban marketing theory, urban commercial street growth value chain model, we successfully decided Renmin Southern commercial district's position as urban digital entertainment experience town. On the basis of this, we then designed the regional development strategy and experience product combinations of this district meanwhile conducted the integrated marketing towards international cooperation partners by utilizing our international business network.
